How To Set Up Withdrawal Password

To set up a withdrawal password, please follow the steps below;

• Login to your MSport account using the registered mobile number
• Click on the "Me" icon at the top right where you have the balance
• On the next page displayed, click on your mobile number or nickname  at the top of the page
• Select "withdrawal password" on the list of options 
• Fill in your legal names and input the OTP sent to your registered number
• Enter a 6 digits password
• Confirm the password and submit to complete the process
• Do note that if you are unable to get the OTP via SMS, simply click on “verify by security mail” to complete the process.
