Background: To attract more new customers, and the customers who have registered, but not placed a bet.

Summary: During this promotion time, if the customer’s first bet was lost, he will be returned a no minimum stake required voucher same as his lost stake. The maximum voucher is up to UGX 2000.

First Bet Constricts: Jackpot and Spin Game Excluded.

Terms & Conditions:

1. Promotion Period: 2022/01/11 22:00 - 2022/03/31 21:59

 

2. During promotion period, MSport newly registered customers who place their first bet on sports betting on any events and markets will participate in this promotion automatically. (Virtual, Jackpot and Games are not included). Customers who have placed their first bet on sports betting before this promotion are not qualified.

 

3. MSport will refund customers their money lost in first bet as vouchers. First bet with a Won, Void outcome or be cashed out before settles will not be considered and the following second bet will not be applied to this promotion.

 

4. Vouchers refunded to customers value up to UGX 2,000 according to the money actually paid in each qualified bet. Vouchers cannot be withdrawn directly but can be used as cash that count toward the total stake when placing bets.

 

5. Vouchers provided in this promotion can be used for betting on soccer with odds no less than 2.0, including both pre-match and live betting. (HNB, DNB, ANB markets are not allowed.)

 

6. Vouchers will be credited in 48 hours to customers' accounts after each qualified bet settles and will be valid for 7 days. You can check the Validity Status and Period of your Vouchers anytime by going to "Vouchers", under "Me".

 

7. Promotions and Vouchers are created in order to reward our most valued customers. Under suspect of fraud or abuse of this promotion by any customer, we reserve the right to remove Vouchers and associated winnings from a given account or any associated accounts. MSport reserves the rights to amend, cancel, reclaim or refuse any promotion at our discretion.

 

Example:

1. Michael placed his first bet on MSport with a total stake of UGX 2,000;

2. In this bet, he used a voucher of UGX100 and paid UGX 1,900 with his real money;

3. MSport will refund Michael a UGX 1,900 voucher if he loses his first bet.
