How to view transactions

How to view my transactions :

1. Login to your account and click on "Me".
2. Go to "TRANSACTIONS" option to see transaction details.

What happened when the transaction shows 'Pending' or 'Failed' :

You can click to enter the transaction record details, where you can view the progress of the specific transaction and the corresponding prompt information. If you have any doubts about the content, please copy the corresponding transaction code and submit it to the online customer service, we will solve it for you in time.

How can I found a specific transaction :

a) Filter by trade type and status, and trade time rage.

b) Search with the Trade ID / Ticket ID / Amount
