Rollback

Rollback generally occurs when we incorrectly settle the results of the match. In this case, we will reclaim the award for the relevant customers. If your balance is deducted to be negative in this case, MSport will compensate customers in a certain order until the customer's balance is zero. Finally, MSport will re-send the prize based on the final result of the outcome. If MSport have already compensated the customer for the amount, then this part of the amount will be removed when the final prize is sent.
