Categories of Ticket Status

Some customers will lodge a complain of not seeing there ticket after placing it. Kindly be informed that there are 3 status for a ticket settlement on MSport which can be found under bet history; which are All, Unsettled and Settled. All bet place on MSport will fall into any of this categories

All: This contains all game placed on MSport both lost, won and running ticket

Unsettled : A ticket that is yet to be settled fall under unsettled. That is , a running ticket fall under the categories of unsettled.

Settled: These are tickets that had already been settled either as lost or won

Therefore, Customer can search for specific bet through the above process.
